The challenge
Visualsoft needed support in maintaining and enhancing their established ecommerce platform while continuing to deliver new features for both existing and newly onboarded clients. This included integrating new third-party solution providers into a mature system, which required careful handling to ensure seamless compatibility and stable performance.
The engagement also required a flexible team setup, with the ability to scale up or down based on shifting project demands. Working with an older technology stack added extra complexity, but it also allowed us to help modernize the platform in a way that preserved continuity while strengthening its long-term technical foundation.
Our approach
