Collinson is the global leader in Loyalty and Benefits solutions, with 35 years experience in the industry, over 1,500 clients and serving more than 800M customers world-wide.

Key challenges

Collinson Group first approached Freshbyte in early 2011, looking for a technical partner to deliver a project for a leading brand in the Cosmetics Retail industry. They wanted to partner with a development company with the capability to deliver multiple projects in parallel and the flexibility to scale up and down the team when they had a bigger influx of clients.

Our approach

After a first trial project together, we agreed on a collaboration model which suited best their needs, a Dedicated Team. The model proved to be very successful and, in time, the team grew to support them with multiple technology stacks. For each technology stack we have a technical lead who manages the local team and who is the main point of contact between the two companies.
