Key challenges

Collinson Group first approached Freshbyte in early 2011, looking for a technical partner to deliver a project for a leading brand in the Cosmetics Retail industry. They wanted to partner with a development company with the capability to deliver multiple projects in parallel and the flexibility to scale up and down the team when they had a bigger influx of clients.

Our approach

After a first trial project together, we agreed on a collaboration model which suited best their needs, a Dedicated Team.
