The challenge
Freshbyte was approached by Iron Mountain to help with an infrastructure migration project. The project was high risk because it involved 200+ live clients with billions of documents that needed to be migrated to a completely different data center with minimal downtime.
Our approach
Freshbyte provided a very experienced, cross-functional team of developers with the right mix of technical skills to deliver this complex project. It required both server administration skills and programming experience with Microsoft technologies. The migration was done in stages, each project being prepared, tested, and implemented with an Agile approach.
The results
