Required Skills

  • Should have experience in Support activities.
  • ITIL knowledge
  • Should be able to visualize the whole application as a system, understand all interactions between the system components on a given level of abstraction.
  • Should have experience in managing Java based omni-channel systems
  • Should be able to prepare and present RCA to customer along with proper resolution
  • Support experience
  • Very good communication skills
  • Service Now Tool experience

Nice to have

  • ITIL Certification
  • Jira Tool knowledge and experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Project type: Operations, L2 support
  • Will work closely with the Incident, Change and Knowledge teams
  • Will need to prepare and present RCA to customer along with proper resolution
  • Will work with Infrastructure and Network support teams as required for any ticket related work.
  • Will need to write or update simple or complex SQL queries.
