- Should have experience in Support activities.

- Should be able to visualize the whole application as a system, understand all interactions between the system components on a given level of abstraction.
- Should have experience in managing Java based omni-channel systems
- Should be able to prepare and present RCA to customer along with proper resolution
- Support experience
- Very good communication skills
- Service Now Tool experience
Nice to have
- ITIL Certification
- Jira Tool knowledge and experience
Key Responsibilities
- Project type: Operations, L2 support
- Will work closely with the Incident, Change and Knowledge teams
- Will need to prepare and present RCA to customer along with proper resolution
- Will work with Infrastructure and Network support teams as required for any ticket related work.
- Will need to write or update simple or complex SQL queries.
